With a Mediterranean climate this part of the Adriatic coast, known as the Dalmatian Coast (which runs from the northern coast of Croatia to the Bay of Kotor in Montenegro) is divided into three areas: North Dalmatia which includes Sibenik and Zadar, Central Dalmatia which includes Trogir, Split, Hvar and Brac and the third area South Dalmatia which includes Korcula, and Dubrovnik where it is not surprising to see palms, figs, olives, oranges and lemons and vines growing in abundance along the coastal shores.
There is no better way to explore the best of this coastline than with our Croatia cruises which showcase the region’s stunning scenery. Enjoy a mix of coastal cruising and relaxed island hopping with short distances between stopovers and the opportunity for some longer cruising.
The lovely 4* MS Belle de l'Adriatique is a larger ship and sails along the stunning Dalmatian coast as far as Montenegro. We also offer a small ship experience along this coastline on our A+ and Deluxe category ships. There are three itineraries available on our A+ category ships starting or finishing in Dubrovnik or Split. On our Deluxe Cruise we offer a round trip which begins and ends in Split and a one way cruise on the new MS Infinity from either Split to Dubrovnik or Dubrovnik to Split. It is also possible to make the most of this beautiful country and combine your cruise with a hotel stay on a Cruise & Stay holiday.
