Coronavirus Update
As the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to affect international travel, we would like to assure all of our clients that we are closely monitoring the situation, and the policies that are being released by the UK government and by our cruise line and airline partners. If your booking is affected we will ensure that we communicate all relevant information to you as quickly as possible, and you may also receive notifications directly from the cruise line you are travelling with. Most cruise lines have currently paused operations, although a handful have now resumed with amended itineraries and enhanced health protocols. Those that have returned are operating in areas where government guidance has been outlined and permission has been granted.
During the past few weeks, we have been busy dealing with client bookings due to lack of travel options. We would like to thank our clients for their patience and understanding over the past few weeks. It could not have been easy waiting for refunds or re-bookings with all the speculation surrounding and uncertainty of recent times. Your faith in us is very much appreciated. If you have a booking and are travelling imminently, our advice to you will be guided by the cruise lines and the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, and we will be in touch with you directly to discuss your options. There is no reason to cancel or amend trips that are months or years in the future, and we advise you to sit tight and monitor developments. Many of our cruise line partners have amended their cancellation policies to encourage guests to keep their bookings in place with little or no penalty, and we urge you to take advantage of this.
We are still unable to work from our offices in Buntingford, Hertfordshire and are working remotely with staff on hand to respond to sales and enquiries Our service levels will remain high, we are available between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm and out of hours in an emergency if required.
