The brand new paddlewheel ship, the MS Loire Princesse, launches in April 2015. This three deck ship features 48 spacious outside cabins and can accommodate up to 96 passengers. On the upper deck, the cabins have lovely balconies and rooms are equipped with the latest technology, including Wi-Fi on board.
There is a lovely restaurant which can accommodate all passengers for a single sitting, and a large lounge bar with dance floor to enjoy the company of other passengers. The large sun deck is the ideal spot to take some air and enjoy the unfolding scenery. The elegant décor in contemporary colours is in perfect harmony with the warm and convivial atmosphere on board.
Embarkation and disembarkation in Quai de la Fosse in central Nantes.
In our opinion: a superb new vessel and the only one of its kind to cruise the River Loire. It is the ideal way to discover the region’s history, charming towns, famous chateaux and wines.
The cruise is on an All Inclusive basis including an extensive buffet breakfast and a 3 course set menu for lunch and dinner with a French influence as well as regional specialities and international dishes.
Drinks are included during meal times (local beer, local wine, water, fruit juice, tea & coffee) and drinks at the lounge bar (excluding champagne and wines from the wine list) from midday to midnight.
During the day, comfortable and casual attire is appropriate, whereas in the evenings the dress code is smart casual.
The MS Loire Princesse has 48 cabins and the upper deck cabins have balconies.
