Trapped in a time warp, this fascinating country allows you to glimpse a Colonial world of intrigue, to feel the rhythm of the African drum mixed with the Spanish guitar, to experience the rich culture and to see the true colours of this vibrant country. Away from the cities, unspoilt valleys, dramatic mountainous landscapes, beautiful vistas, tobacco and sugar cane plantations assault the senses. Beautiful natural beaches, hidden coves all caressed by trade winds and boasting an extensive variety of flora and fauna. Cuba welcomes all to its shores and by far the most important asset of Cuba are its people, polite, welcoming and full of life!
We offer three 7 night Full Board cruises, on board the Panorama, Panorama II and Variety Voyager, which begin in either Havana or Cienfuegos.
Experience an exciting cruise of discovery with visits to the vibrant city of Havana with the old quarter’s cobbled streets leading to iconic squares, the scenic Valley of Vinales which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the beautiful and undeveloped area of Maria La Gorda with white sandy beaches which boasts one of the country’s largest national parks, Cayo Largo with beautiful white pristine beaches and the Sea Turtle Breeding Centre and an Endangered Species Programme. Whilst docked at the port of Casilda, the seaport of Trinidad, a UNESCO World Heritage site, you are invited to explore the rich architectural sites of this Spanish colonial city and the French influenced city of Cienfuegos.
Cuban cruises are on small ships with either 24 up to 36 cabins, which means they can moor close to the shore and in smaller harbours. Cabins all have sea views, most with windows and are on a Full Board basis. Each cruise has a range of optional guided shore excursions which can be pre-booked in the UK or booked on board the ship during your cruise.
