During last summer we the introduced two new Nile cruise boats to our fleet, the Ms Stephanie on Monday sailing schedule and the Ms Monica which is sailing on Wednesday's. These boats are both five star rated by the Egyptian Tourist Board and have very recently undergone a total refurbishment program. 

Within this brief introduction, I would like to give you some information about Orbital Travel, how we work, and how we will look after your holiday arrangements should you decide to book with us.

Orbital Travel staff have been visiting Egypt since the early nineties, many of the resorts have changed greatly during this time, but our commitment to find the best Nile cruise boats and  resort hotels has not. We constantly review and inspect every hotel and Nile cruise boat that we offer to ensure that the standards we demand for our clients are maintained.

During the past few years we have been able to form strong lasting business relationships with our partners overseas. These relationships give us access to great rates and first class levels of service in all of our destinations ensureing that our clients receive the highest standard of customer care and attention. 

When we say it is “ten minutes walk to the centre of town” it is not because we have looked it up in a tourist guide, it's because we have walked it, or the beds and pillows in the Conrad hotel in Cairo are probably the most comfortable in Egypt, we know because we have slept on them.

The recent demise of another tour operator shortly before Christmas, has once shown once again the importance of having full protection for your holiday arrangements. If you choose a package from a bonded holiday company such as Orbital Travel then your money is safe from the moment you pay your deposit. Any money paid to us for your holiday goes directly into a trust account until you have travelled, so should the worst happen, your money is safe with our bonding agent. 

When we started our business, one of the first things we did was to ensure that full bonding was in place to protect our clients. We wanted our clients to be as secure as possible, that is why we chose the Travel Trust Association. The TTA hold our client's money in a trust fund until they return from their holiday, only then are the funds released to us. Orbital Travel are also bonded with the CAA within the ATOL license scheme which allows us to package  flights with our contracted accommodation. Every element of your holiday is covered from the moment you place your booking with us. 

Our aim is to provide our clients with a holiday experience that will be remembered for many years to come.
